The About Us page is one of many resourceful pages on our website.  Our mission is to lift the Savior up so that all who will may come to have personal knowledge of Him, and accept Him as Lord and Savior, and to go forth to be living witnesses for Him.  We desire in our vision for each person determined to reach a person to produce one of the greatest Churches to worship and serve God. 

What drives Pilgrim Baptist Church to do everything heavenly possible to expand human potential is to make Christ known to the world.  Thus, we do that by creating leaders.  In addition, by making our Christian education value-added lessons more sustainable as a Bible Believing and Bible Teaching Church.  Thereafter, by building a creative and diverse evangelism team.  Finally, by making a positive impact at the national, state, and local levels as well as the surrounding communities where we live and work.

As a matter of fact, based in Omaha, Nebraska, Pilgrim Baptist Church is located at 2501 Hamilton Street.  Our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Cedric L. Perkins is celebrating twenty years as our Senior Pastor.  As you peruse, Our History, you will see we are celebrating 107 years of existence, and our 2024 theme is: “The Journey Continues, Keep the Faith” Colossian 2:6-7.
