Vacation Bible School 2025 at Pilgrim Baptist Church is onsite. Thus, the time is 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm nightly. As a matter of fact, the yearly theme is Light the Way Share the Faith. Pilgrim Baptist Church (Rev. Cedric L. Perkins) and Second Baptist Church (Rev. Shawn V. Thompson) will have a combined Vacation Bible School. The class session discusses a vast array of Christian and/or current topics for all ages. There is no charge to attend VBS at Pilgrim. VBS is a three-day outreach event where we will learn and explore the Bible in a memorable way. The volunteers, adults, children, youth, and young adults will explore Bible stories through worships, art, music, song, skits, crafts, and other activities. This is a fun-filled summer event offered to our members, individuals, and families within the community. We will take a deeper dive into the Bible scriptures to enhance, reflect, and keep our minds engaged during the summer while having fun. Thereafter, the participant will grow, and leave refreshed with spiritual nourishment.

There is plenty of parking in the rear church parking lots. Also, you can park on the street.
