Annual Church Anniversary for Pilgrim Baptist Church is on June 13, 2021. The second Sunday in June is the annual day. Pilgrim has been a strong church for 104 years. The theme is “A New Horizon is Coming”. Thus, the scripture verse is Psalm 30:5. In fact, the celebration was at 9:00 AM. The service was in the sanctuary and online.

What is church anniversary? Church anniversary celebrates the existence of the church. Join us for the 2021 worship service of the church which displays the need to fellowship. Why should we fellowship? The fellowship to evangelize takes place outside the walls of the church. To evangelize is to help those in need. How can we accomplish this task? Why is it important to do so? We will share the love of Jesus Christ in the community, with our family and friends. Not to mention, co-workers, former members and neighbors through evangelism. Thereafter, the participant will grow spiritually. In fact, the individual will leave refreshed with spiritual nourishment.  However, we continue to pray for them and encourage them to attend our weekly services. The church will make changes to enhance the reach for the attendee onsite and online.
